Care that began at the bedside, now offered from a distance.
Revitalizing Rhythms Reiki is a distance Reiki practice in Middle Tennessee, shaped by eight years of nursing, a deep love of energy work, and one simple belief: no one is truly lost.

Why I started this practice
I know what it's like to feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Reiki and energy work helped me find my way back, and I started Revitalizing Rhythms Reiki to share that sense of hope, peace and possibility with others.
For the past eight years I've worked as a registered nurse in rehab, psychiatry, hospice and memory care. People have always connected with the calm I bring into hard rooms. I tend to work best with people in chaotic, stressful or overwhelming seasons, the ones who feel they need to have everything figured out before they can rest.
Distance Reiki lets me offer that same steadiness to anyone, anywhere. Reiki is still hard to find in a lot of places, and many people can't easily travel to a studio. With distance sessions you don't have to. You rest at home, I hold your session from mine, and the experience stays private and unhurried.

What I believe
Three ideas guide every session, whether it's your first or your fifteenth.
You don't need fixing
I'm not here to change you or tell you who to be. In Reiki, the practitioner is a conduit for the energy, and the power to heal, grow and reconnect is already within you.
No one is truly lost
Even when life makes it feel that way. Stress and everyday demands can bury the parts of us we love most, and there is always a way back.
Rest is maintenance
You don't wait for your car to break down before you take care of it. Making regular time for yourself keeps you steady, instead of waiting until you're running on empty.
Training and background
Reiki has a long lineage of teachers passing the practice on, and every practitioner begins with an attunement from a Reiki Master. Here's what stands behind your session.
Usui Reiki Master
Certified through Usui Reiki Levels I, II, III and Master, with a year of regular practice sessions.
Eight years of nursing
A registered nurse in rehab, psychiatry, hospice and memory care. That's where I learned to sit calmly with people in hard seasons.
Heart for Hospice award
Recognized for compassionate care, the same care I bring to every session.
Consent first
Sessions are only for people who have agreed to receive them. No pressure, no promises I can't keep.
Reiki sessions are a complementary wellness practice, separate from nursing or medical care.

How I work
Alongside Reiki, I sometimes draw on crystals, tarot and oracle cards, candles and herbs, depending on what feels right for you. These standards never change.
Consent, always
Sessions are only for people who have agreed to receive them, and you're never pressured into booking more.
No promises I can't keep
Every experience is different. I won't tell you what you'll feel or claim to cure anything.
Judgment-free
Nothing you bring is too small, too unusual or too complicated. Skeptics and first-timers are welcome.
Care from start to finish
A preparation email before, my full attention during, and a personal follow-up after every session.
In their words
Shared by early clients after complimentary practice sessions this past year.
“I felt very relaxed the entire time and my throat chakra was vibrating the entire time.”
“This gave me tingles like never before. Thanks.”
“So soothing. I can feel my upper chakras buzzing.”
“You are literally my favorite reiki master now.”

You deserve that time, too.
You don't have to know everything about Reiki, or exactly what to expect, to give yourself this pause.
