Deep Renewal Reiki
You deserve a moment that belongs entirely to you.
There are seasons when we get so caught up in everything around us that we lose touch with what's happening within us. We keep moving through routines and meeting expectations, and forget to check in with the person at the center of it all: ourselves.
Deep Renewal Reiki is an invitation to return to that place. A full hour of distance Reiki gives you dedicated time to rest, turn your attention inward and settle into stillness, without needing to accomplish anything or be anything for anyone else.
Your experience includes
- Personalized preparation
- Before your appointment, share an intention or anything you'd like me to keep in mind by email.
- 60 minutes of distance Reiki
- Your full session is devoted to Reiki while you rest in a quiet space you choose. No video call.
- Thoughtful follow-up
- Within 24 hours, a personal email with room for reflection and your complimentary Return to the Self guide.
First session $70. Prefer a steady rhythm? The deep renewal journey is three sessions for $250, saving you $50.
You don't have to lose yourself in life's demands. There's always space to find your way back.
Reiki Reset
Give yourself permission to pause.
Sometimes we spend so much time moving through life's demands that we forget to make space for ourselves. Reiki Reset is a chance to slow down, settle into the present moment and gently reconnect.
These 30 minutes invite you to step away from the noise of everyday life and set an intention for yourself, whether you're in a busy season, feeling a little disconnected, or simply longing for a moment of stillness.
Your experience includes
- A gentle check-in
- Before your appointment, share an intention or anything you'd like me to keep in mind by email.
- 30 minutes of distance Reiki
- Time dedicated to your session while you rest comfortably in your own space.
- Integration
- Room for closing reflections or thoughts by email within 24 to 48 hours after your session.
Sometimes, returning to yourself begins with giving yourself permission to pause.
Extended Soul Renewal
Follow the quiet threads that lead you back to yourself.
Sometimes finding your way forward begins with exploring what's happening within: your feelings, your intuition, the questions you carry, and the parts of yourself asking for a little more attention.
Extended Soul Renewal brings distance Reiki and tarot together. Your session begins with 60 minutes of Reiki to settle in and receive, then moves into a 30-minute personal tarot reading, recorded on video, to explore themes and consider new perspectives.
Your experience includes
- Personalized preparation
- Share your intentions or any questions you'd like to bring into the experience by email.
- 60 minutes of distance Reiki
- Dedicated time to rest in your own space and receive your session.
- A personal tarot reading
- A 30-minute reading on video, using the symbolism of the cards to explore your questions.
- Email integration
- Within 24 hours, reflections on your reading and your complimentary Return to the Self guide.
Come as you are, bring whatever questions are on your heart, and explore without needing every answer.
Tarot Talks
Sometimes a new perspective is all we need.
Life can leave us with questions we don't quite know how to answer. Tarot Talks is a welcoming space to slow down, explore what's on your mind and see your experiences from a fresh angle.
Rather than telling you what to think, feel or expect, the cards become a tool for looking inward. Your reading is recorded on video and emailed to you, so you can watch it privately when the time feels right and come back to it whenever you like.
Your experience includes
- Personalized preparation
- Share a question, intention or area of life you'd like to explore by email. A specific question isn't required.
- Your personal reading
- A 30-minute tarot reading recorded on video, shaped by your intentions.
- Delivered by email
- Your recording and Return to the Self reflection guide, usually within 24 hours of your appointment.
The wisdom you seek is already within you. Let the cards help light the path toward it.

Questions about sessions
More answers about distance Reiki are on the home page, or send a question.
Which session should I start with?
Most people start with Deep Renewal Reiki, and your first one is $70 instead of $100. If an hour feels like a lot right now, Reiki Reset is a gentle 30-minute introduction. The session quiz on this page will suggest one based on what you're looking for.
What's the difference between Extended Soul Renewal and Tarot Talks?
Extended Soul Renewal is a full 60-minute distance Reiki session followed by a 30-minute recorded tarot reading. Tarot Talks is the 30-minute recorded reading on its own, without Reiki.
Do I need to know anything about tarot?
No. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to arrive with a specific question. Tarot here is a tool for reflection, not a prediction of what your future must hold.
How does the three-session journey work?
The Deep Renewal Journey is three 60-minute distance Reiki sessions for $250, $50 less than booking them one at a time. You choose the spacing; a week or so apart makes a gentle rhythm, treating rest as regular maintenance rather than something to save for a breaking point.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes, as long as the person receiving it knows and agrees. Reiki is only offered with the recipient's consent, so they'll fill out their own intake and consent forms.
What if I'm not happy with my session?
Tell me. Every session gets my full intention and care, and if your experience falls short I'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
No one is truly lost.
A gentle journey back to yourself, one moment of renewal at a time. Your next quiet hour is ready when you are.
