Revitalizing Rhythms Reiki (“we,” “us”) offers distance Reiki and tarot sessions from Middle Tennessee. This policy explains, in plain English, what this website collects, why, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please ask us.

What we collect and why

• Information you send us. When you request a session, we collect your first name, email address, optional mobile number, the session and time you prefer, your time zone, and anything you choose to share about your intention. We use it to reply, schedule your session, and send your booking link, intake and consent forms, preparation email and follow-up.
• Booking and payment. Payments are handled by our booking and payment provider. We don't see or store your full card number.
• How the site is used. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, buttons tapped, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We use it to understand what's helpful and fix what isn't.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

We use Google Analytics to measure visits and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use our pages. Clarity records clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, and can create session replays so we can spot confusing parts of the site. Form fields are masked, so what you type into a form isn't recorded. Both services may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies: Google and Microsoft.

Cookies and how to decline them

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics and to remember your cookie choice. On your first visit you can choose OK or Decline. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you decline.

Text messages

We only send text messages to people who opt in, for example by checking the texting consent box on our booking request form. Messages relate to your request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their marketing purposes.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: if your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our sessions (such as hosting, email, booking, payments and analytics), and only for those purposes, or when required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep session requests and client records for as long as you're a client and for up to three years after your last session, unless the law requires longer, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and our sessions are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
